Not the same development, but guess where a MVCC planning officer immediately took up employment upon resigning. The last case in my neighbourhood to go before the tribunal was a developer versus the council and the rest of the neighbourhood. Good old city of Yarra sent the work experience kid (relatively speaking) while the developer paid over $30,000 for a specialist lawyer and a "heritage study". Can you guess who won?
